subject: Re: registering SQL Server not in domain

From: Ellen K.

Well, I succeeded in creating an ODBC connection to the eOn SQL Server, so
for now at least my immediate problem is solved. However there is no way
I'm gonna use ODBC for the connection to the data warehouse I'm building...
but I don't expect to have this problem there since I can already make a
SQL Server connection to the box it's going to reside on.

Meanwhile I noticed that the eOn box is running the original version of SQL
Server, i.e. no service packs. Requested access to the box so I
can fix that.

Thanks again for your comments. :)
