Having confronted Dr. Evil, Paul Andinach, International Man Of Mystery, 
exclaimed:

     That and the 50 foot Spock....
     
     However there was a reference to a TAS episode in TNG.
     
     It wasn't a direct reference, so as a trivia question this is a 
toughie, but can you or anybody name both episodes?
