* EleBBS Support List

eleserv has been updated a bit since then as well.  I don't know the link to
the latest compile, but I'm sure Scott does.  PASV support along with some
new parameters has been added.  I'm not sure if that's in the below compile
or not.  Also, the new parameters should (or will) list with a eleserv -?.
