 EG> Hello, all!

Hi, Edwin;

 EG> Kenwood TM-221 2 meter mobile radio, with manual/schematics, mic and
 EG> mobile mounting bracket (slightly modified, but still usable).

I'm not familiar with the TM-221. What is it's frequency coverage, (all
of the 2 M band, and in what steps?), does it have PL encode, decode,
and/or scanning capability? What is the max power output? Is it FM-only
or multimode? Do you have the manual for it?

I am looking for a 2 M mobile for my shack, but am extremely limited on
what I can spend. If it covers all FM repeater and simplex frequencies
and has at least PL encode and at least 25 Watts out, I am DEFINATELY
interested!

 EG> Reason for selling: the memory back-up battery has gone south, and
 EG> I simply don't feel like messing with the replacement of it.

I have no problem with that, as long as the battery doesn't cost over
$10-12 or so.

 EG> Will sell for $110 or best offer...if prepaid with money order or
 EG> other certified funds I'll pay for shipping (ground, UPS to the
 EG> Continental US only). Otherwise, shipping/COD will be extra!

If it meets my needs, I could have a M.O. in the mail within 24 hours.
