I've been trying to ignore this thread, but unless I missed an awful lot of 
Jim's writings, he was subjected to unwarranted, irrational, borderline 
psychotic abuse for doing nothing more than trying to provide us all with 
historical insights.
In a short time the man who holds the CFI/DPE BBS together will retire and 
the BBS will probably fold after that.  When that happens this BBS will be 
even more important to aviation enthusiasts.  Let's not ruin it.
