Now it appears to be working quite faster, and client doesn't wait to index
file be completed anymore.
Sizes, are OK except to these 2 bigger areas.

Yes, it was exactly what was happening. 
With the new version, files.bbs is downloaded and parsed very quickly, but
it is still incomplete.
The latest files of these 2 areas don't have descriptions at ftp list.
I've downloaded index file and saw theses files were really missing there.

Another problem that happened to me with the new version was the following
error.
The server aborted with the message:

Exception ERangeError in module eleserv.exe at 0000411D.
File: E:\data0\elebbs\build\elebbs\ftpserv.pas Line#: 867
Range check error.

This error happens when I try to refresh on one of these 2 areas.
