My daffodils are up, but the blooms are just sitting there...don't seem to 
want to open.  My perennial garden doesn't look a whole lot different than it 
did in January!  There is an occasional green leaf cropping up, but nothing 
like it should be by this time of year.  As for the horse blankets...I know 
if I wash them and put them away for the year, we'll have another blizzard!
