Hello all,
    You will all have to forgive my ignorance in this matter but I have been 
carrying this echo for sometime now, with the intention on getting into 
Scanners and Home based Radio.....but alas I really do not have the slightest 
on where to begin, better yet what would be the cost to jump into something 
like this, better yet maybe just get your toes wet!:)
