I have not looked at LHA in well over a decade, but here is how I had mine
configured:

LZH unpack command line:
C:\SYSTEM\LHA.EXE e /x1m1 {at}

LHZ Pack command line:
C:\SYSTEM\LHA.EXE a /r2x1 {at}

Keep in mind that LHA is a DOS archiver, and unlike pkzip 2.04g
it does not support LongFileNames, so you need to make sure that
1: All filenames are 8.3 characters or less
2. All the paths to your filebase directories are 8 characters or less

Let me know if you still have trouble and I can try testing it here.
