Microsoft might possibly get away with it because most people can't tell
the difference between a user error, a bug, and DRM. To them, if they go to
view a HD-DVD and it looks fuzzy or the screen goes blank, they think
something is wrong with their computer, a misconfiguration, a bad driver,
there are a million possibilities in their minds none of which include
getting the weiner from MS.
