In Australia, we get things like that from PacComm, perhaps you could obtain
it from a similar source in the United States. There's also pretty good
software emulations of these swap-outs available, for both DOS and Linux,
if you're willing to give them a go.
I use Linux's AX-25/NETROM encapsulation capibility.
