Don't you have to do some studying? Here it takes 2 or 3 years to become
an electrician. And after that we must have a year or so practice and then
it's time to do a test to get that certificate.

Jeeezzzz....That isn't possible here. We can't "rent" a car. If
you drive a taxi
here you are employed or own your own car and as an employee you get your
sallary whether you have someone to drive or not.
