this just keeps getting better and better. Did you reinstall Norton after
upgrading Outlook or did it just work with the O97 settings?

No doubt, Norton doesn't do proper smtp. Anything unusual will cause it to fail.

Well if you want to take crap from a computer, that's your choice, when a
computer give me crap I do a crapectomy on it, sometimes the patient dies,
too bad not like a computer can sue you for malpractice..
