Qmodem is #1 over here too.. :) and not the fancy new version, but the
old staple, v5.01, like you.  The file you're referring to is a control
file Qmodem writes during the selection of files to include in an upload.
The file is mainly for external protocols.. they can be set up to read
that file to know what files should be sent during an upload.. If you
do not use external protocols, you can just ignore that message when
it is displayed.
