They are not fun! I finally had surgery - laser - to break up the last
stone which seemed to have done its work. :-)

I have learned that beets do a terrible thing to my system, was not
aware of spinach so I do appreciate that information. Nuts of any kind
are not a problem as I just do not like them. I think my main problem
is not enough water. I hate to drink water even tho' I know I need it!
It took until late May (early June) before I really began to feel well,
but so far, things are going very well. (finger and toes crossed) :-)
I appreciate your concern and thank you for your information! That is
something I have never been able to get from any doctor! I had one
stone surgically removed about two year before the one that ended in
the laser surgery (much more comfortable) and from neither doctor could
I get any help in what to avoid or what to do to help other than drink
lots of water!
Hope all is well with you!
Sheila
