 Seriously: Create your own flouresent "Black on Orange/Yellow" sign
 which states this and keep it at hand so you can place it in your rear
 window at your leisure.
 They also sell portable mini signs (similar to ones seen on freeways)
 which you could set in the rear window that can be programmed from a
 keypad which could be located in the front seat with you.
 Or you could simply purchase mace/pepper spray in the event they bother
 you while stopped.
