I have the following chips just removed from a 386SX-16 that was upgraded with SIMMS. Four M5M4256AP-10 (16 Pins) Four TMS4256-10NL (16 Pins) Eight M544256AP-10 (20 Pins) Five MN41C4256-08 (20 Pins) Two MB81C4256-80P (20 pINS) One P21014-08 (20 Pins) All together they made up 2 meg of ram on the m'board.
