Doink has been played by many people in WWF/WWE.
The original was "Maniac" Matt Borne, followed by Steve "Brooklyn
Brawler" Lombardi, Ray Apollo (IIRC), and Nick Dinsmore (who is
supposedly the newest Doink).
With the full outfit, greasepaint and wig, it's extremely difficult to
tell who's in the outfit unless they have a certain way of doing a
move (Borne did the Whoopie Cushion/Bombs Away and puched differently,
as an example)
At one point, there were Doinks advertised for 2 or 3 shows on the
same date at the same time when WWF had "A" "B" and
"C" shows touring
at the same time.
That doesn't even include the Chris Jericho, Bushwackers and Men On A
Mission Doinks. Or the little people (Dink, Pink, etc).
And don't even *think* of trying to track down all the indy Doinks...
it seems like over 90% of all indies have had a Doink or 3.
