Hi JANIS{at}JANISFOLEY.COM (of 1:202/801),

Yes.. I noticed that your site was quite slick and attractive with the
Flash media approach. But you ought to still be able to create a
subdirectory from your main account webspace and add the
"simpler" htm code at any time.
For my collection, a flash-media solution would not have been practical.
There are over 30 images to display. The solution I came up with (using
framed browser windows) allows all the little thumbnail versions to load
independantly of which image the person wants to see first. The added
advantage is that ALL the thumbnail samples are visible too, allowing the
person to view in any order.

Yah.. good point. There's really nothing there of "artistic"
interest, so I figured an emphasis on copyright wasn't necessary.
Copyright for these sort of things is automatically implied anyway.
However, I notice that entire websites (even personal non-commercial ones)
illustrate a copyright message just so people don't get the impression that
things are free for the taking. There are simple ways to protect images
from being "right-click" copied as well. However, it still
doesn't stop people from doing a screen capture to the clipboard and
"pasting" into an image editor. I like Larry's idea of using a
watermark stamp on each image.
