   The final 2.0 is not out yet.  There are probably late betas or =
release candidates available.  There were also licenses available for =
some, maybe all, of the Visual Studio "Whidbey" tools that
allowed going = live with the pre-release bits.

   Too see what is installed look in =
%SystemRoot%\Microsoft.NET\Framework and look at the subdirectory names.
