No problem....after taking a quick look at the docs, it looks like only
HTGET needs the WATTCP.CFG file.  It doesn't matter if your dialer needs
it.  Works out for me, since everything (PPP dialer, HTTP retriever, and
FTP retriever) can all use the same .CFG file.
