Are we talking about BBS uploads, or FTP uploads?

EleBBS allows you to define how uploads are handled for each file area.
In ElConfig > Manager > File Areas, choose a file area, and set the
"Uploads" field to nothing to allow uploads to be accepted in that area.
If you enter a value in this field instead, you are defining an alternate
area that uploads should go to if the user attempts to upload to this area.
