They are all in "Snippets". You need to ensure that the directory you
unpacked Snippets to is in the include path.
If you are using the Borland IDE it's set up in the "Options" pull
down menu with the "Directories" option.

For testing most of the programs you need to #define a specific value,
which enables test harness code that includes a main() function. c0.asm
is the standard Borland startup code, that sets everything up and then
calls main().
In the future we'll be able to be more specific in our help if you ask
questions about a specific file and remind us which compiler (including
version) you are useing.
