As before, I could give a good rats ass what the defence attorney is going to
argue...it's not a consideration whatsoever in a situation like this.
They'll argue, infer and suggest that you did everything else short of poking
a puppies eyes out too, so let them argue, infer and suggest anything else
they want too...
