That's because the first line tells Squish to leave mail for 1:2320/105.999
unarchived and normal; but the second line tells Squish to archive all mail
which is unarchived and normal.

Assuming IRex doesn't mind, try this:

        Send Direct NoArc 1:2320/105.999
        Send Normal       World

If IRex doesn't like Direct mail, add this line:

        Change Direct Normal 1:2320/105.999
