I Just bought a beautiful yellow Budgie.
I'm trying to tame it, its about 6 months old and looks so delecate I dont 
want to hurt it.  I'm also wanting to teach it how to talk.
And one more thing how do I tell if it's a male or female it has a purple 
cere(I hope I spelled that right).  All the budgies I've had in the past had 
either a blue or brown cere.
