because you could apply the -> specific extentions of RTF. On the second
hand you can create some  -> controls that has specific color in the
place that you need, and  -> don`t forget to make you memo transparent.
It can be two panels. One  -> of them has the TMemo`s size, and second
panel has the size of the  -> specified line and the one`s position.

First As I know you have to get its handle then Go to Something 
which I don't know it... To change the Color...
I mean there is a way To control the color of any visable 
Object of Windows....
