I don't necessarily think the problem is not Norton. However, with the
abundance of strangeness, gratuitous "enhancements", quirks,
features regressions, performance issues and bugs I've been seeing in the
version of MS Office that I recently upgraded to, I'm not eliminating
Outlook from the problem list as quickly as others seem to.
On the whole, I can easily see why folk want to remain with MS Office
'97, cost to upgrade aside.
