(1)  Do you have any mail being set packed with an archiver under Linux?

(2)  Are you using normal (not crash, direct or hold) for un-arced mail? 
[And no playing games via the change command....]

(3)  Are you using wild cards later in the route file as catch alls?

If any of the above are no, you probablywon't hit the bug / feature...
