Or more likely, the bits that users have discovered and told the rest 
of the world about. MS has had egg on its face several times for 
security holes that were left wide open for many months after having 
been told about it, patching only after the problem became public 
knowlege. Which can potentially be a long time after it becomes common 
knowlege among the black hats, who may very well have known about it 
before the person who reported it. After all, they're the one's most 
eager to find such things. Hopefully MS is getting a little better 
about it now that they've been burned a few times.
