Hi Frank!
I couldn't help but notice your message and I'm curious as to what kind of 
problems you've had with the RS freq counter. I've got one of those and I've 
notice in the new catalog that they've changed the catalog number and they're 
calling it "NEW."  I couldn't figure out what they've changed on it since all 
the specs appear to be the same. If there is some defect that you've 
discovered, that would explain the new catalog number, and also give me 
something to look out for.
