subject: INI File

Hi All,
I have recently taken up Delphi 3, and am having a difficult time
adjusting to my first Object based language, and could do with some
help.
I am trying to write a small program that will use an ASCII file as its
data. But the file will be called different things and be in different
places for different users. In Clipper I used an INI file that would
contain the users defintions for this data file, and I would like to do
something similar with D3 can anyone give me a clue as to where I would
start?
The INI file might have something like...
[DATA]
G:\COMMS\DATA\ADDRESS.DAT
So I would (in Clipper) read in that INI file and assign "ADDRESS.DAT"
to a variable that I could use throughout my program.
Does that meake sense?
Sincerely Yours,
