I recently was chatting with an online friend in ICQ, for whom I knew an old
hotmail address.

He told me he had taken a bunch of codeine pills, so I called the police
station in his city and told them -- while she had me on the phone, within
about 3 minutes, she had his home address, and the fact he lived with his
mother, and was able to dispatch an officer right away!

That's amazing!  (that Microsoft/Hotmail allows a foreign police's secretary to
access such details in real-time, without any documentation/approvals needed!
