Let's see here - Tech America is headquartered in Fort Worth.  So is Tandy.  
Their part numbers look just like Tandy's (but aren't the same, just 
compatable numbering scheme).  They sell the *same* parts and a whole lot 
more...

My money is on TA being a part of the Tandy empire - and that Radio Shack 
will continue to move their parts business into the TA mailorder business.  
In a couple of years, Radio Shack will sell toys, watches, computers and 
stereos.  TA will handle the parts.  This will free up that half of the RS 
stores for the more lucrative big ticket items.
