About: Project

Folks I have been working on a project for some time now, with less than
satisfactory results, here it is:

I can dial my ISP with no problems get logged in, I try and fire up a
packet driver so I can use DOSLYNX, IRC for Dos and PEGASUSMAIL for Dos,to
no avail, I get to the browser chat client and all it ddoes is sit there
and does nothing.

I can provide my configs for those that are interested, in such a project,
this is not a critical thing just a project I have been working on all be
it off and on for about a year now.
