    At the first look Delphi seems to be the pascal version of Visual Basic, 
but it's much more than that. I don't think Delphi to be more dificult than 
VB, and it would be easy to learn Delphi if you already programm in VB.
    I told you Delphi is more than a simple pascal VB version, as Delphi is 
the most powerful tool to create Windows programms today. Pascal language 
implemented in Delphi is more powerfull than the Basic wich VB uses. You may 
also create our own components without using anything but Delphi. There are 
more improovements but you'll discover it while you learn.
