Jasper, Alberta take a look at a map of Alberta go straight west (more or
less) bingo Jasper.  Waterton Lakes is in the southwest corner of Alberta,
it is a unique National Park, on the Canadian Side we have Waterton Lakes
National Park the American side Glacier National Park.

In some areas of BC you can garden more or less all year long, I am
thinking around Vancouver, if not year round nine months of the year.

Here our season is about the same as yours.
