I consider this a bug. Origin lines are required as much as AREA: lines in
echomail (see FTS-4).

SquishMail does it. I think you will find other echomail processors do it
too. In any case, if you're going to argue whether or not it's a bug, you
(or one of the HPT developers) could at least add it as an optional feature
(preferably enabled by default).
