Try to use TRichEdit rather than TMemo, because you could apply the
specific extentions of RTF. On the second hand you can create some controls
that has specific color in the place that you need, and don`t forget to
make you memo transparent. It can be two panels. One of them has the
TMemo`s size, and second panel has the size of the specified line and the
one`s position.
