I didn't work the hours you are talking about above, but I did work about 8
weeks with changing shifts every day (8 hour days). One day was 0800 to 1600
and the next day was 1400 to 2200. It caused havoc with sleeping, eating,
family, and just about everything else. That was back in the 70's when I was
young, I don't think that I could do that now. Working shift work is hard
enough without changing the hours on a regular basis. You almost have to
arrange your whole world around those hours you work. I would say that
regular shift changes would definitely effect your health and family
relationships after a period of time.
