Analogous situation:  there have been more than a few instances of
corporations renting some self-storage sites for a few hundred bucks a
month via a shill acount.  The corps then abandon the storage site and the
toxic chemicals in them.

When you rent one of those self-storage sites, you have no idea of what is
lurking in the room next to yours....
