As far as I know, there is no company yet, and nothing is established. 
This was some sort of new venture, or maybe just an idea for one.  The
person I would be dealing with has less experience than I do, when it comes
to business.  Mind you, I've been running a business for 18 years
now.....but it's not photographic in nature.
