 I have to agree with Charles here.  Just copied the zip [ pkzip204g]
of a text file and the zip of an EXE file to the server.  I ran FLAG to
check the attribute.  Netware had not indicated any compression status,

I ran Flag with the Ic attribute.  Checked the attribute with Flag,
both were given the Cc attribute.  The compression requirement on the
server is the default of 2%.
