Careful, BBSTART is a PURCHASED package over 800kB in size, so there may be
restrictions on it's use. If all you need is RLFossil (35kB) you can Freq
it from here via FIDO or E-Mail as RLFOSL12.ARJ, though it's untested (by
me).

        where: FileName.Ext = File Name and Extension to be sent.  Use

       FileName or Extension.  The *1st* Match will be selected.

      Requests are processed every 4 hours, maximum 2MB per session,
       MIME Base-64 Encoded attachments. Specify 'HELP' (no quotes)
       in message Body for detailed options (Encoding, routing, etc.).
