Would you know the name of this utility? I'm running ARCserve 6.01 (wuth HP
tape jukebox on separate controller on server) and supposably I can dump
everything to tape. Are you telling me this tape unit is NOT backing up
everything I thought it was? What could be missing?

Ah. How are accounts transferred from a 3.12 to a 4.1 server when doing an
upgrade? What will I have to do to get all my user information moved?
