->   Glad someone agrees with me.  The periscopic has a bubble
-> light but can be used without it. And the timer is clockworks.
And the math can cross a Rabbi's eyes, but 'can' be done by mere mortals
if required.  
IMHO a mariner who can't navigate is like an aviator that doesn't know
what the pedals are for.
