I have two ASUS "PCI-SC875"'s. I also had a no name PCI SCSI
card which used the NCR 53C810 chip. When I called Symbios Tech
Support about the 810 card, he told me that the two best brands of
NCR/Symbios chipset cards to get are ASUS and DTC. He claimed
that they are the only two companies "humble enough" [my words] to
accept Symbios engineering help in the design of their products.
Based on that, I would recommend the ASUS "PCI-SC875." I
forget what the model number of the DTC card is, but if it is
layed out as the pictures appears to suggest, it is a bad layout
design with the 50 pin and 68 pin connectors on top of one
another, only at right angles to each other.
