I tested this here, and it's working fine for me using the latest build.
The Wait-For-Call screen shows:
Next event  : 20:47

Some things to check:
1. Make sure your RA or ELE environment variable(s) are defined.
You can verify by typing "set" from the same command prompt
which you launch elebbs.exe in WFC mode from.

2. Make sure that the EVENTS.RA exists in this directory, and
that you don't have other EVENTS.RA elsewhere such as in the
directory that EleBBS.exe is actually being launched from.

3. Try running ELCONFIG.EXE from the same directory where
the EVENTS.RA is located, and make sure that your defined
events say "Status=Enabled" and "Days=XXXXXXX" if it's ment
to run every day.
