Every now and then Falwell makes the national news by making a stupid
comment, whether about Jews, homosexuals, women, you name it.  A while
back he got in trouble by saying the coming Antichrist would have to
be Jewish.  Of course, he later apologized for that remark.  But I doubt
he was very sincere.  ;)

The Republican Party, having become the permanent ruling party
in America, whatever they decree shall be.  And right now, we
have a born-again Christian as president who wants to set up the
conditions for Antichrist so as to have Armageddon, thus ushering
in the 1000-year reign of Christ.  But don't tell them that.
They'll call you a "traitor".  ;)
