It's just so darn user friendly, compared to binkd.  Don't get me wrong,
I'm right there with the folks who think the GUI isn't everything; I
probably spend more time in console than with my mouse or arrow keys, but
there is a place for GUI's.

I scanned over the binkd docs several times, but there are just so many
tweaks and settings that it got real confusing, real fast.  With Internet
Rex, everything is broken down, grouped and categorized, with on screen
help for the relevant parts when you need it.

Maybe it's time to write a Rex clone...  I've been needing a project goal
to learn coding, I think I just found a really good one: a modern irex
clone for Linux, DYNAMICALLY linked...lol
